Need to report a repair?

You can report a non-emergency repair in just a few clicks via the MyAster portal.

Simply log in to the portal to log the repair and in most cases, you’ll be able to book an appointment for one of our colleagues to visit at a convenient time for you.

From November, customers living in communal flat blocks will also be able to report communal repairs, such as lighting issues in the corridors, faulty door handles on the communal doors or overflowing gutters.

We’re constantly evolving MyAster to enable you to access your account and contact us about different things as quickly as possible at your convenience, at any time of the day, rather than waiting for our contact centre to open. Please be assured, if you would prefer to speak to someone then you can still call the contact centre on 0333 400 8222, Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

If you need to report an emergency repair, you can do so by calling the contact centre 0333 400 8222. If out of our usual working hours your call will be directed to our out of hours service.
