View moreDepending on your tenancy with us you will have rent free weeks when you don't need to pay us rent.
You can check which schedule you are on by looking at your Tenancy Agreement.
If your Tenancy Agreement does not mention the rent frequency then there will not be any rent free weeks.
- 48 weeks rent tenancies- the rent free weeks are 38 & 39 (16 December 2024 and 23 December 2024) and weeks 50, 51 and 52 (17, 24 and 31 March 2025)
- 50 weeks rent tenancies- the rent free weeks are week 39 (23 December 2024) and weeks 51 & 52 (24 and 30 March 2025)
- 48F weeks rent tenancies (Somerset only)- the rent free weeks are weeks 1 and 2 (1 and 8 April) and 38 and 39 (16 and 23 December 2024)
