MyAster updates

It has been five years since we launched the MyAster portal to enable you to manage your home and access our services digitally.

Since then, we have been continuously evolving the portal to provide more services and information and we’re pleased to currently have over 24,000 of you registered.

Not only can you make payments but you can also:

-        Live Chat with us

-        Find out grounds maintenance information and schedules for your area

-        Confirm or reschedule your heating and electrical services

-        Update your personal information

-        Log repairs

-        Access helpful guides and information.

Several customers have told us they wanted to be able to log heating repairs, so we’re excited to have recently launched this function on the platform too.

We regularly ask you about how you use MyAster to see how we can make improvements or add additional services. Other recent feedback included the option to log communal repairs and we are currently working with customers to test this new option before it can go live for all to use.

A reminder, when you receive your heating service or electrical inspection appointment you will receive your appointment by text or email. This includes a link which takes you to MyAster for you to confirm or rearrange the appointment to a date or time that suits you.
