Do you need to report an emergency repair?

Our contact centre is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm, if you have an emergency repair or issue within your home you need to report outside of these hours then please still call the contact centre on 0333 400 8222 and you’ll be connected with our out of hours service who will be able to help. Please note during busy periods such as when there is extreme weather, it may take us longer to answer your call - please do bear with us during those times as we will be with you as soon as we can. 

If it isn’t an emergency then you can contact us via email.

If you live in a communal block you can also report any non-emergency communal repairs such as faulty door handles on the communal doors, lighting issues in the corridors or overflowing gutters through the MyAster portal.
