Celebrating National Customer Service Week

Last month we celebrated National Customer Service Week. We joined lots of other organisations across the UK to recognise the importance we place on providing a great service to you, our customers.

Emma O’Shea, our Chief Operating and Technology Officer shared a blog about effective service leadership and how this can set the tone for improving services by listening to customers, trying out new ideas, and nurturing a positive culture. Read it here.

We also shared and celebrated many customer compliments through the week to celebrate the great work of our teams. Here’s just a few of those:
