MyAster - need to report a repair?

Did you know you can report a non-emergency repair in just a few clicks via the MyAster portal?

Simply log in to the portal to log the repair and in most cases you’ll be able to book an appointment for one of our colleagues to visit at a convenient time for you.

If you live in a communal flat block you can also report communal repairs, such as lighting issues in the corridors, faulty door handles on the communal doors or overflowing gutters.

We’re constantly evolving MyAster to enable you to access your account and contact us about different things as quickly as possible at your convenience, at any time of the day, rather than waiting for our contact centre to open.

You can also do things like make payments and update your details within a few simple clicks.

Please be assured, if you would prefer to speak to someone then you can speak with the contact centre team by calling 0333 400 8222, Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

If you need to report an emergency repair please continue to do this by calling the contact centre on 0333 400 8222, at any time of day. If it is outside of our usual working hours your call will be answered by our out of hours service.
