Changes to your rent from April 2025

You should now have received your letter with details of your rent for the upcoming financial year. Here’s what you need to know: 

• Your new rent amount will start from 1 April 2025 if you pay monthly, and from 7 April 2025 if you pay weekly. 

• If you receive Universal Credit, please wait until after 7 April to update your claim.
