In the wake of Labour's landslide election victory last year and its pledge to deliver 1.5m new homes, we felt it was crucial to understand the public's perception of the social housing sector and the role housing associations should play in shaping the UK's future.
We surveyed 2,000 UK adults which revealed the housing challenges they face and their expectations for building and rebuilding communities across the country.
