In conversation with Max Webber, co-host of The Interview

I recently caught up with Max Webber, co-host of The Interview, which is a series showcasing HR and workplace leaders, discussing topics around leadership and culture.

In our interview we explored the need for a personalised approach to inclusion, the importance of enshrining equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) as an integral part of an organisation's values, and the benefits of cultivating a culture of learning and growth.

I shared the journey we’ve been on at Aster Group to establish a sense of inclusion,  adopting a tailored, personalised approach which aims to takes the needs of every individual into account.

As a Restorative Practice accredited organisation (the first outside of the justice sector) we’re committed to giving our people a voice so we can understand the impact of our decisions on their lives.

We make EDI central to The Aster Way which informs everything we do. For us, diversity and inclusion are non-negotiable: it isn’t just an add-on, it’s something that is expected of everybody.
