Introducing Inc

Under the Aster Foundation, we’ve been busy launching a new project aimed at tackling some of the biggest challenges faced by local communities.

We want to tackle social challenges such as homelessness, financial inequality and unemployment in a different way to anyone else in the housing sector and in a way where we will have the greatest impact – through our new social incubator, inc.

Inc aims to inspire, connect and develop social entrepreneurs who will work with us to create innovative ways to drive change across our communities.

We’ve recently recruited our first cohort of entrepreneurs and start-ups to take part in the programme. The ten successful entrepreneur businesses started their 10-month syllabus with inc. in October and are supported by successful established entrepreneurs as mentors. Many of our colleagues are also delivering parts of the syllabus - including brand, marketing, sustainability, vision, mission and values.
