At Trailway Court you can continue enjoying living independently in a home that is uniquely yours, while living as part of a community where care and support is on hand when you need it. We provide 40 fully accessible one and two bedroomed flats. There is care available on site which can be tailored to meet your needs, alongside our 24-hour emergency lifeline system.

Choose to be as involved with our social activities as you like, with both quiet communal areas to relax in and regular group events taking place. Trailway Court is located in the Dorset town of Blandford Forum, which benefits from many shops, leisure and social attractions.

A home in the community

Blandford Forum is a traditional market town noted for its Georgian architecture; it enjoys the benefit of being located 40 minutes from Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury with a regular bus service.

Trailway Court is well positioned to access many of the facilities Blandford has to offer with the Market Place being a short walk away. The Hospital is situated very close by, with the doctor's surgery and dental practice within easy walking distance.

There is a Co-op just across the road and a little further is Morrison’s, Tesco, Lidl and M&S Food Hall. The town provides a range of other shopping, health, and sporting facilities and there are several pubs, restaurants and cafes, many with lovely gardens.

Market days are Thursdays and Saturdays with the occasional visiting French and Farmers markets, in between. Regular events, such as the Georgian Fayre, Christmas Market and annual carnival and parade are always well attended.

The River Stour runs through the heart of the town, with walks along its banks or through Stour Meadows. If you’re lucky, you might catch sight of the otters and kingfishers who call it home.
