Flexibility and Family Friendly

Intro:

For many of our roles, flexibility is a core part of life at Aster, and something we’re really proud of.  Unless your role means you need to be in particular location at a particular time – whether that’s one of our care homes or out in our communities – you can choose to manage where and when you work in whatever way suits you and your team.  That might be from home, one of our offices or in one of the shared co-working spaces that we give our colleagues access to.

  • Family friendly policies and procedures – enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Parental and shared parental leave and statutory pay.
  • Flexible leave – Our standard annual leave allowance is XXX + X bank holidays, but we also have a flexible leave scheme, which means you’ve got the option to take extra leave if you need it. If you need more than your contractual holiday that’s ok – life happens.
