Joint Ventures

Our joint venture vision

To deliver our bold vision that everyone has a home, we have an ambitious development plan. Working in partnership with housebuilders, other housing associations and local councils to form 'joint ventures' plays a vital role in achieving this goal. The ability to pool resources and share risk makes joint ventures the ideal vehicle for getting large developments off the ground. This collaborative approach to housebuilding will enable the sector to deliver the homes the UK needs. If you are seeking a Joint Venture partner then please contact Jane Gallifent.

Working with Vistry Homes

Our joint venture partnership with Vistry Homes will deliver 1,436 homes by 2025. The partnership, which consists of five sites across the south of England, represents a £343 million investment across both businesses.

Vistry Group was formed by Bovis Homes’ acquisition of Galliford Try’s housebuilding arm Linden Homes and the partnerships division of Vistry Partnerships, in January 2020.

More than a quarter of the homes we will provide will be for affordable tenures with the rest for private sale. To date, through these partnerships, we have delivered more than 700 homes, with 111 private sale and 17 affordable units completed during the last financial year (2020/21).
