Eastington CLT Development

High quality, safe and affordable homes for local people

This project saw us deliver 23 new homes for affordable rent, helping those locally find somewhere to live. The properties include one-bedroom bungalows, one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses.

Eastington CLT was set up by concerned local residents in response to the lack of affordable housing in the area. Working with our team, the Trust was able to provide high quality, safe and affordable homes for local people.
